I am happy to be back with a family owned and operated company. There truly is a difference. I guess I thought the grass is greener on the other side. I was pennywise and dollar foolish. I love my new boiler you installed for me at a great savings compared to what I was offered by others. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the great service I have gotten from you through the years. I guess the highlight was Christmas Day. I had company and noticed that the furnace was not working. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called Ranshaw and within minutes your engineer arrived and minutes later he had diagnosed the problem, explained it to us clearly, got a replacement part from his truck and made the necessary repair. My son-in-law who is technically skilled was very impressed as I was also. All of this on Christmas Day. This is only one example of the treatment I have always received from Ranshaw. Thank You.

Dear Mr. Bonelli,

I would like to tell you how very impressed I am with my experience dealing with your organization. Everyone I spoke with, be it Donna on the phone or Richie in person, was polite and courteous. They gave me a feeling that they were truly interested in helping me. When it was time for my burner to be installed, the men were there promptly. Even when a problem arose regarding the placement of the gas line, I felt that they were there to help me. There were only a few wrinkles and they were taken care of with ease. And I wasn't even left with a big mess to clean up. When I called needing a leak checked, Anthony was there first thing in the morning. I don't know everyone's name, but Louie, Richie & Mike were very helpful to me at all times. Anthony was a fountain of information. All were extremely professional & knowledgable. I wish all companies had such a great staff. It would make life so much nicer.

I am looking forward to a long happy relationship with Ranshaw. It certainly had a great beginning.

Dear Mr. Bonelli,

On Wednesday, August 6, 2003, we had our annual home oil burner tune up and inspection. The mechanic who responded, Julio, was prompt, neat, and extremely courteous. More importantly, we advised him of what we believed to be a furnace related problem and the symptoms surrounding this problem. Almost immediately he knew what the problem was and advised us that he could repair it. After a minor disassembly and inspection, the problem was discovered, then solved immediately with a thorough cleaning. The cleaning not only involved the internal parts of the heating system but the external exhaust as well, which we believe was the problem. Thank you for sending Julio and the excellent service we always receive from Ranshaw Fuel Oil. Julio should be considered a valued asset to your organization.
