How would you like to enjoy stable fuel payments and worry free comfort all year round? At Ranshaw, we've turned those possibilities into realities with our even payment plan. Simply put, our Even Payment Plan gives you the most convenient, and easy way to manage your home heating costs.

First it spreads your annual fuel cost over eleven even monthly payments. That means no more large, surprising fuel bills showing up in your mailbox. You'll always know your payment before your bill arrives.

Next, the plan's stable payment design gives you budget flexibility. Since you'll already know what to expect on your fuel bill, you'll have the ability to plan other household expenses ahead of time.

How It Works

Here's how we determine your monthly payment:

  1. Our comfort specialists carefully examine your previous annual fuel records.
  2. We combine that information with weather tracking data and estimated fuel prices for next season.
  3. Finally, we calculate your estimated yearly fuel costs, divide the total by eleven, and set your monthly payment.

Your equal payments run from July until next May. And to make paying even easier, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and check-by-phone.

Each year in early June, you'll receive a statement listing all your charges and payments. If you have a budget shortfall, you will be able to settle that balance in June. If your payments have exceeded your fuel costs, any overpayments will be applied to the first monthly payment(s) of the next year until the credit is exhausted or you may receive a refund.
