Equipment Service Contracts

Ranshaw heating and oil is dedicated to providing our customers with the most comprehensive service available. Our service contracts are designed to protect our customers from expected, as well as unexpected, maintenance and the associated costs of performing these repairs and maintenance.

Oil Equipment Service Contracts:

Residential Service Plans

* The Standard Gas Plan - provides year round service to diagnose the boiler and make necessary repairs and adjustments.  The contract covers free labor to replace the parts listed on the contract and includes a free annual tune-up.  The customer is only responsible for the cost of parts that need replacement.

* The Parts Plus Gas Plan - provides year round service to diagnose the boiler and make necessary repairs and adjustments.  The contract covers both parts listed on the contract and labor costs to replace these parts.  This plan does not include a free tune-up

Commercial Service Plans

* Ranshaw Commercial Plan - Our Commercial Service Plan is available for commercial users and offers 24 hour comprehensive coverage.
