Triennial Boiler Inspections
NYC Department of Environmental Protection also requires triennial filing and possible inspection for certain types of burners. Most boilers rated at a 350,000 BTU input and above, except for 1 and 2 family homes, fall within this criteria. As a service to our customers, Ranshaw can perform and file the registration for original and renewal inspections. Ranshaw can also file the certificates of operation, which includes on-site meetings with Department of Environmental Protection inspectors.
